Crafted Payment Gateway

Northwind Pay came to us with a checkout that converted well on desktop and badly everywhere else. We rebuilt the flow around two constraints: every action reachable with one thumb, and every trust signal visible without scrolling.

The work covered a full interaction audit, a new design system for the payment surfaces, and a staged rollout behind a feature flag so the team could compare cohorts honestly. Drop-off at the card step fell by roughly a third in the first quarter.
